Framegidi was founded by Oladapo Salami, a real-estate/interior photographer and art enthusiast in 2019 as a full-service custom framing and art printing/sale business aimed at taking the hassle out of custom framing for the average design-conscious individuals. The idea for framegidi came from seeing a void in the Nigerian market for full-service custom framing after a series of unsuccessful attempts at having frames made from the typical local framing shops. The business was then set up to solve that problem and make custom framing much easier for people.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Service Lead

Location: Obanikoro-Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • You will be in charge of a few business supporting functions i.e., HR, customer service and will involve making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • You will also be assisting in recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Responsibilities
Human Resource:

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
  • Training, counselling, and coaching our staff
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
  • Lead contract negotiations, handle partner referrals and team agreements including baseline terms and conditions that govern the relationship
  • Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific partner requirements, including the request for proposal responses for target markets or new market segments
  • Creating clear reports on staff matters

Customer Service:

  • Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring/prospective customers and channelling enquiries to the appropriate team where necessary
  • Manage calls and emails
  • Manage engagement on the company’s social media accounts
  • Generating sales lead from social media engagements and building sustainable relationships where necessary
  • Reporting back on results
  • Coordinating appointments/meetings

Requirements

  • BSc Degree holder
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience.
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Must have past experiences in administration, customer service, HR
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office.
