Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking for a confident and sales driven individual with real estate experience to join their growing team as her Sales Manager. Based in Ikoyi, Lagos, the individual will be responsible for selling the Company’s property portfolio, ensuring maximum profitability, and managing the full sales process from initial contact with a customer, through to closing the sale.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Capture, Record and Convert to sales all leads from all our marketing channels.
- Serve as a Co-Host on Afrihood TV, show casing and enlightening audience about our projects and investment products
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts
- Coordinate site inspection, property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
- Attend conventions, trade shows, seminars, and staff and association meetings in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Conduct seminars and training sessions for Affiliates in order to improve sales techniques.
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood
- Demonstrates products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Expedite the resolution of any customer problems and complaints and provides after sales support
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.
- Recruit and Manage company affiliates and providing leadership, training, and coaching
- Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual)
- Ensuring every member of the Affiliates has the necessary resources to perform properly
- Provide support to affiliates during the sales process, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and sending emails.
- Maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
- Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
- Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and vendors to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum required years of experience of total 3 to 5 years in sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
- Ability to work any of the seven days of the week and holidays
- Prior timeshare experience and flexible prospecting skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to critically think and problem-solve
- Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills
- Knowledge of real estate sales process, local, state, and federal property regulations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Preferred age between: 25-30.
