Hence, Louis Valentino Nigeria has five retail outlets in Abuja, Kaduna and Lagos offering varieties of products such as Sanitary Wares, Porcelain and Ceramic Tiles, Security and Panel Doors, Stone Coated Roofing sheets, Wall Papers, Bedroom Sets, Dining Sets e.t.c.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Sales Representative

Locations: Gombe, Bauchi and Plateau
Department: Sales
Reporting Line: Head of Sales

Job Purpose

  • We are looking for a Sales Representative Officer to create and nurture longterm relationships with customers for Popcy.
  • You will serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services the organization.
  • One of your main focus will be to  signup distributors and wholesalers within your region to push sales volumes up.

Responsibilities 

  • Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all (retailers and distributors) in the above mentioned regions.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of resources in your area of responsibility particularly sales/promotional budget.
  • Assist your line manager with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.
  • Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget and profit goals for your assigned Region.
  • Assist in managing monthly/quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within your Region.
  • Understand and utilize general market data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations for your assigned Region.
  • Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.
  • Make regularly scheduled sales calls on all major customers within your region.
  • Regular communications of sales calls and results to your line manager.
  • Provide monthly sales reports, monthly expense reports and any assigned reports to your line manager in a timely manner.
  • Regular contact with retailers and distributors to ensure seamless continuity of efforts.
  • Execute the sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives and any other goals given by your line manager.
  • Specific interaction with marketing, i.e. Sales Support materials, branded items etc.
  • Identify and track all industry trends and issues, i.e. natural and retail growth, distributor changes, opportunities, segment variations, etc.
  •  Recommend an expedient/appropriate action plan to line manager.
  •  Track and report all competitive activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND
  • 2 years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies.
  • Experience in taking new food products to the market.
  • Fluent in English, Hausa and other dialects will be a bonus as you will be liaising with different customers from different tribes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Possess an analytical and logical thinking process.
  • Disciplined approach to management of people and work.
  • Computer skills  MS office.
  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem solving.
  • Strong team player.

Salary
N90,000 Monthly.
