Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Job Description

Motivate & drive the sales team for target achievement.
Ensure product availability throughout assigned territory.
Manage and coach the Merchandisers to ensure eye-level product visibility and increase the share of shelves in every outlet.
Identify new Outlets, get the dealer agreement signed and introduce them to the Area Sales Manager (Reporting Manager)
Manage sales, collection and merchandising in Modern Trade.
