As a result of its ongoing expansion, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources / Administrative Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • To deliver a highly engaging, effective HR service to employees and stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Responsible for the development, coordination and administration of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Administer benefits programs such as life insurance, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance program
  • Organize the performance appraisal work, supervise all departments to implement performance, Implement performance management and setting KPl
  • Carry out background checks on prospective employees such as guarantor confirmation, academic certificate and residence confirmation, as required
  • Partner with the HR Manager in leading key HR initiatives to help drive continuous improvement across the business.
  • Support with lower level disciplinary and grievance cases including absence management
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs for staff development
  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity and provide an efficient onboarding process through preparation and sending of offer documentation paperwork
  • Oversee office management needs
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Qualification and skills

  • B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration or related courses ,Professional Qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years post nysc work expereince in operations and human resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people of all backgrounds.
  • Diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills together with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Effective use of HR procedures to assist in achievement of objectives.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • High personal integrity and ability to keep absolute confidentiality.
  • Computer literate, including MS Word and Excel.
