WTGIT Solutions – Our client, an active player in the Fast-moving Consumer Goods Industry, requires the services of the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle sales requests by customers and sales agents
  • Provide timely and accurate information to all channels to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Provide after-sales support to all channels
  • Manage company web portal & IT updates
  • Develop creative solutions for sales and promotions.
  • Develop computerized and/or online reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits from the use of products and/or solutions.
  • Prepare and administer sales terms and conditions according to company policies.
  • Provide ongoing after-sales support to generate further sales.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment sold to customers.
  • Assist with sales transactions over the phone and through internet-based e-commerce websites.
  • Ensure timely and fast sell-through of transactions

Job Requirements

  • HND / BSc in any field.
  • Efficiently manage sales channels to ensure visibility and customer satisfaction so as to drive Sales
  • 3 -5 years’ experience within the mobile phone accessories industry
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Abreast with current developments in hardware and software technology.
