Job Description

• Virginrose Resorts is in search of a marketer, who is ready to come in and improve our thriving marketing department by consistently converting prospect businesses to reality, while displaying confidence and desire to grow in the hospitality industry.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and mostly, the goal of becoming the best by succeeding in the present competitive market, even when under pressure or targets.

Objectives of this Role

• Ability to add new companies to our portal, whom will maintain steady patronage of the hotel at a good rate.
• Ability to focus mostly on coperate guest.
• Constant ideas that will promote the execution of marketing initiatives, promotions and brand awareness for better business.
• Candidates should take advantage of utilizing all the hotel sales point, to derive revenue, while displaying their flexible and multi-tasking qualities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• 3 – 5 years experience in marketing, sales or advertising in the  hospitality sector.
• Good oral and written communication skill, presentation ability, as well as persistent character to always evade any challenge.

Benefits of Job

• A flexible salary scale from N80,000 which is determinant on the qualifications of the candidate and ability to deliver profitable results regularly, exclusive of other benefits.
• commision will be given if exceeding target.
• Accommodation will be provided at the hotel staff quarters
• The necessary working tools like a well-furnished office, recharged phone, mobility and constant support will be afforded to the candidate for high productivity.
