Job Title: Customer Support Representative / Administrative Officer
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday
Job Description
- Perform all administrative functions and manages the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring all administrative operations are carried out appropriately.
- Manage all correspondences, attend to mail inquiries by clients
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries (online and offline)
- Communicate with customers through various online channels- Instagram, Email, etc.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests and follow up on orders till delivery
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification – Diploma, Ordinary National Diploma in any course
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and customer service skills.
Remuneration
N50,000 / month.
