Overall Description

As Head of Product your top priorities are to: learn about our customers, internal teams, competitors, and market, as well as create, assess, update, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Whether working with operations or working with the technology team the Head of Product is responsible for driving the overall success and growth of their product. This
position requires that a person closely work with the engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments.

Responsibilities

Strategic planning and management of your assigned product portfolio.
Definition and alignment of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, to establish the company as a leader in the digital banking space.
Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases for Company’s product portfolio.
You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contractbusiness cases for Company’s product portfolio.
You will be responsible for strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations required to expand market reach for your product.
You will present the company and its products to strategic customers, the press and analysts.
Definition, monitoring of the company relevant Pls and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set for each product line.
Sales and profit and loss responsibility for your product portfolio across all operating markets.
Lead the operations team while motivating and achieve steady improvements in your teams performance.
Identification and promotion of high potentials and talent.

Requirements

A suitable candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience.
The candidate must have 3 – 8 years of experience in product management.
