Dunn and Braxton Limited – Our client is an indigenous Agricultural Company that operates an integrated farm specializing in sales of agricultural products.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business leads
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their requirements
  • Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
  • Establish and build a database of active clients and business accounts via prospecting, networking and referrals.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any related field
  • 3-4 years Sales Experience in the FMCG Industry
  • Charismatic and confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to manage your own book of business.
  • Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable effective team management experience.
  • Experience in the FCMG industry

Compensation
Base Pay Between: NGN80,000 – NGN120,000 monthly plus other Benefits.
