Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
- They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
- They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Selling the company’s property/investment portfolio and ensuring maximum profitability
- Identify sales leads and pitch product to new clients.
- Achieve growth and hit sales target
- Managing full sales process from initial contact with a client, through to closing the sale.
- Conduct seminars and training sessions for affiliates in order to give product knowledge and improve sales techniques
- Maintain contact and nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
- Recruit and manage affiliates and providing leadership and coaching
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years working as Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Sales Executive in a reputable Real Estate firm, investment management firm or mortgage bank
- Must be commission focused
- Experience working to and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of real estate sales process
- Should have a car for mobility.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 plus great commission plan and incentives
