Job Title: Operation/Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive, organized Operations/Facilities Manager to oversee all building operations of our company.
- You will manage various projects within the facilities department and will be involved in all phases of project management.
- You will ensure that staff are properly trained in order to proactively maintain cleanliness and operations of the facility in a safe and efficient manner.
- You will also oversee the custodial staff and maintain the facilities to world class standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field
- Other qualities
- Supporting the operations of a dynamic new experience
- Maintaining dedication to excellence
- Opportunities to problem-solve and find creative solutions
Required skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 5 years of Facilities Management experience
- 4 years of Operations management experience
- Knowledge of building and facility systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Demonstrated history of working with minimal supervision to complete projects.
