George Houston Resources Limited – Our client, a leading Real Estate Company located in Lekki, Lagos State, is recruiting vibrant and suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Public Relations Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for bringing traffic to the site, meeting ROI goals and strategizing about campaigns.
• Oversees key marketing functions such as content creation, copy writing, social media, digital ads, email marketing, and other core tasks often performed by third-party agency.
• Coordinates with web developer and operations manager to ensure that marketing strategies such as loyalty programs, discounts, and rewards are seamlessly implemented into the site and user experience.
• Regularly visit the site to make video and photo updates for social media publications and engagement
• Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
• Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.).
• Organize PR events (e.g. open house, press conferences, exhibitions) and serve as the company’s spokesperson during public events
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship and advertising
• Track media coverage and follow industry trends
• Prepare and submit PR reports
• Writing or vetting presentations and press releases
• Dealing with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
• Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
• Cor undertaking relevant market research.

Note: A lot of the PR activities will be in collaboration with the head of the team.

Requirements

• Must have B.Sc. or its equivalent as educational qualification
• Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
• Should have or be pursuing other marketing certifications.
• Age: 25-37 years.
