Job Title: General Manager – Procurement & Supply Services

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
  • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
  • Oversee key hiring and talent development programs
  • Monitor dealer channel sales and involve in new project tender and bids
  • Ensure the sales processes are smooth and oversee technical solutions to the customers
  • Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports..
  • Ensure the development of trainingprograms to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the company’s offerings to customers.
  • The General Manager reports to CEO

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration and any relevant field plus 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and management skills

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.
