We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are foremost transport company in Nigeria. In order to maintain leadership position within the top 3 we are building a strong HR team that would take the company to the next level. As a result there is vacancy for HR Manager.
Academic Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Membership of CIPM or related certification will be an added advantage.
Our preferred candidate should have:
- A strong HR background with at least 3 year of Generalist experience.
- A working knowledge of performance management (Able to undertake pay grading project from start to finish).
- A working knowledge of payroll management.
- Flare to drive productivity with little or no supervision.
- Sound knowledge of HRIS
- Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.
- The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
- High organization skill.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly
