2020 Trading Limited is a multinational trading and real estate investment firm that sells both international and local real estate, and deals in local and international investments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, networking with various organizations, like Hotel, Travel Agency Companies, NGO, Construction companies, etc. with the following daily responsibilities:

Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective individuals and organizations.
Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads then converting them into paid clients.
Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Job Requirements

Any relevant Degree or qualification.
Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in sales and marketing.
Must not be less than 27 Years
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Must have excellent Sales track record.
Presentation and Persuasive skills with excellent leadership skills
Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behaviour competency to build relationships.
Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
Communication & problem-solving skills.
