Job Title: Team Lead, Service Quality Improvement
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive strategies for internal process improvement.
- Coordinate the increase in shareholder return by ensuring all Processes align with the achievement of all elements on the business score card.
- Monitoring effectiveness of established Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and adherence of each department.
- Ensure that processes needed for the Service Quality Management System are determined and its application throughout the organization.
- Coordinate all audits of the Service Quality Management System periodically.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree / HND qualification
- Professional Certification (CCNA, ITIL, SQA certificate, SIGMA and any other relevant Quality Assurance and Control certification).
- Certification in a combination of the followings: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 20000:1 2018 Lead Implementer and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years progressive experience within any of the following industries with a large organization: Banking, FCMG, Telecoms, or Technology Consulting with high-level experience in implementing governance structures, audit, IT quality and controls framework, quality control and quality assurance
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervising/managing others.
