Job Summary

Our client is looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all the activities of an ongoing project, from simple activities to more complex plans.

Job Description

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes

Qualification, Requirements and Skills

B.Sc in Business Administration or related field
MSc. Engineering and construction or related field.
5 years minimum experience in construction engineering
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in civil engineering
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
Good knowledge of construction engineering.
