We seek a highly driven, ethical, and organized commercial executive to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Define the most important social media KPIs
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, Manage, and oversee social media content, and measure the success of social media campaigns
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with multiple teams within the company
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements

Relevant First Degree required, cognate experience in digital marketing preferred.
Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills, Great leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, Blogging
Team player, good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Skills: Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google
