Job Title: Key Account Manager – Loan

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing the traction loan portfolio by engaging and disbursing loans to viable businesses.

What you’ll Do

  • Develop new loan business prospects in viable geographic areas.
  • Interact with existing customers to increase sales of the loan product and get referrals.
  • Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives.
  • Manage sales of various loan products in professional manner.
  • Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.
  • Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products. D
  • Documents and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
  • Manage various documents for all sales sources efficiently.
  • Administer all underwriting process and maintain records for same.
  • Participate in all departmental meetings.

What you’ll Need (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience
  • Should have worked in a reputable lending company, or a Fintech that has a loan
  • Product.
  • Relevant product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
  • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
