Job Title: Quality Controller

Location: Lagos – Ibadan, Nigeria
Slot: 4 Openings

Job Summary

• Ensure that the quality of finished goods meet products specifications that conforms customer requirements and communicate with production operators / foremen / Production team leader for any technical adjustment during production process.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties 
Include but are not limited to:

• Monitor continuously the production process to ensure conformity of the finished goods product specifications to preset standards.
• Perform specific lab test as per required QC testing methods to ensure meeting standard specification.
• Ensure good arrangement of finish goods pallet with correct tagging & place “GO” tag sticker on the pallet.
• Place “STOP” tag label on pallets of non-conformity product to ensure that it will not be shipped to FG W/H.
• Fill Daily Quality Inspection reports & fill necessary actions taken (when needed).
• Co-ordinate with production team for required corrective actions upon need.

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies
Education & Experience

• Moderate educational level or with 2 years’ experience in QC operation.
