Job Title: Specialist, Back Office Support RAN
Location: Marina, Lagos

Job Description
- Ownership of network quality of assigned area, investigate and manage resolution of weekly worst cell issues including isolation of root causes. Liaise with internal stakeholders as well as with MS partner toward quick resolution
- Responsible for compliance of NCC KPIs threshold (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Service integrity, Utilization, & Availability) and ensure evaluation & implementation of new features.
- Responsible for testing and evaluating radio performance of newly integrated sites and ensure implementation is in accordance with coverage target
- Radio capacity management and giving recommendations toward a healthy/steady growth
- Responsible for detailed audit on LTE network to ensure good customer experience and network quality. This covers HW/SW configuration audit, parameter audit and inconsistencies resolution
- Resolve all radio related customer complaints and interface with relevant stakeholders to agree optimization action plans. Responsible for VoLTE parameter and related features.
- Work closely with internal team and MS partner LTE team (such as Front Office, Back Office, Configuration Team, Network Roll-Out) and help resolve any network performance issues
- Generate & Interpret weekly/monthly LTE performance reports on assigned areas.
- Provide support to customer/sales team and collaborate with other internal stakeholders.
- Support MPLS access network maintenance
- Support access IPRAN maintenance as required
- Issuance and tracking implementation of optimization work orders (WO).
- Identifies quality sites and coverage enchancement sites for planning.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 4 years work experience.
