Job Description

  • Our client is looking to hire a Head of Brand and Marketing, a full-stack marketer with a strong brand and growth marketing background and B2B marketing experience focused on financial services and innovative new technologies.
  • He/She should have led a team and contributed to introducing a new digital solution (b2b) to the market, resulting in successful customer awareness and adoption.
  • He/She would primarily be tasked with defining our client’s brand voice, developing and implementing strategies to create awareness, educate and generate demand and leads from their target market.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies to create awareness, educate and generate demand and leads from the company’s target market (top management, finance, accounting, hr), outsourcing companies and employees.
  • Increase awareness and excitement around Earnipay’s initiatives, products, and brand.
  • Execute brand communications strategy in line with the marketing goals.
  • Develop collateral and sales-enabling content.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with other teams and leads within the company.
  • Monitor and evaluate the feedback and online reviews for further marketing and communication engagements.
  • Own the department’s responsibilities and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Plan and execute corporate promotion campaigns, launch of new products, etc.
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
  • Conduct general market research to be abreast of current and future trends, best practices, and competitors’ marketing movements.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
  • Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Optimizing programs using metrics and data, such as lead volume and conversion, program pipeline, velocity in funnel metrics, opportunity conversion

Qualification and Experience

  • Over 6 years of brand and marketing experience and B2B professionalism
  • Proven track record of success in brand development and channel marketing.

Competence and Behavioural Expectations:

  • Campaign creation, analysis and optimization.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and targeting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking.
  • An ability to think strategically and come up with innovative and original ideas.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.), Google Adwords and Marekting tools (e.g Hubspot
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can manage and allocate budget
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • An ability to motivate a team
