Job Title: Implementation Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Our Exciting Opportunity
- We are looking for an Implementation Manager who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
- The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.
- Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the Project OHS requirements.
You Will
- Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
- Handle work orders and compensation
- Plan and follow up of quality assurance
- Drive excellence delivery with tools & automation
- Organize and coordinate work with Define scope of implementation and create detailed time plan.
- Drive implementation improvements- Secure that processes, quality, and instructions etc. are well defined.
- EHS KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured.
- Manage acceptance procedures- Together with Customer and Customer Project Manager agree on acceptance procedure
- Manage acceptance procedure towards suppliers too.
- Secure installation and commissioning/ Manage ASP teams/ Enforce quality and EHS assurance/ Lead and delegate site work.
- Organize and coordinate work in defining scope of implementation and create detailed time plan in agreement with A(SP) Management, Customer and Customer Project Manager plan the rollout
- Based on the rollout plan secure internal and external rollout capacity & perform coordination works in reporting
- Perform progress meeting, with Customer and Suppliers and secure progress reporting and information flow
- Drive implementation improvements to secure processes, WoW, instructions etc. are well defined and ensure that quality, E & OHS and Security KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured.
- Based on improvement possibilities drive changes and updates. Act on quality, E & OHS and Security issues, implement new WoW, processes, and instructions.
To Be Successful in the Role You Must Have
- Education: Academic Degree, minimum on Bachelor level, in Engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Years of experience: 5 -10 years
- Good understanding on RAN, 2G, 3G, 4G
- Experience in Ericsson products, reporting tools and operational excellence tools
- You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an ambitious approach
- Coping with pressures and setbacks
- Delivering results and meet customer expectations
- Planning and organizational skills for large project
