Job Description

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s product/service.
Answer questions about the company and its products.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the company’s database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle and resolve customers’ requests/complaints within minimal time frame.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls, sales and take note of useful information.

Requirements

OND / HND / B.Sc in Estate Management, Business Administration or any related field.
1-2 years’ experience in facility management.
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Client management skills.
Experience with tele or physical sales.
Excellent knowledge of English language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
