Locations: Abuja (Banex Plaza & Wuse Market), Lagos (Tradefair Market & Odunade market, Ikotun Market, Ojodu Berger Market & Agege Market), Rivers (Mile 3 Market, Porth Harcourt), Ogun (Adire Market), Oyo (Gbagi Market), Kwara (Oja Oba, Ilorin), Imo (Amakohia Market) and Edo (New Benin Market)

Role Overview
- We are looking for driven passionate problem solvers and self-starters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in key merchants and clients with ambition and passion in the advised location to achieve high sales to maximize revenue and profit for the organization.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Provide on site support to customers that use Traction Apps products
- Attend to customers’ complaints, enquiries and resolve issues via phone and first level support
- Work hand in hand with the sales team to carry out deployments and deliver on leads
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports including issues resolved, feedback and performance report
- Escalate the issues/complaints to higher authority for solution if needed
- Conduct network maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging of the POS terminals.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Experience in customer support, issue resolution
- A thorough understanding of and results in Fintech sales or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Perceptive and a fast learner: you’re able to quickly understand the technology that powers Traction Apps, and able to help customers achieve their goals, even if they’re unable to articulate those goals
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition
- The ability to solve problems and to think quickly on your feet
