BRAE Therapy Company is a professional organization that offers a wide range of services to children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disorder.

BRAE Therapy renders services such as behavior therapy, school facilitation, vocational training, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and services related to a therapist placement with a special needs child on vacation with parents or while his/her parent is on vacation and posting of therapists abroad for intervention

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
  • Supervise members of the staff both at the Centre and the field (full and part-time staff), equally delegate responsibilities to improve performance.
  • Possibly maintaining the company’s social media accounts
  • Manage agendas, and appointments for upper management. Organize and schedule staff meetings (staff meeting, prospective parent meeting, ‘parent-therapist conference) and company events seminal, training etcetera.
  • General office management such as ordering stationery.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence. Dealing with email inquiries, phone calls inquiries, massage enquires and physical inquiries
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data. Keep records, reports up to date and Taking minutes
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
  • Daily report preparation and sending to the management platform.
  • Discussing brand with prospective parents and following up on prospective clients.
  • Editing Reports (assessment, treatment plan, monthly, quarterly etcetera) meeting standard documents with good fonts, correct use of tenses, punctuation marks good alignment and PDFing.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 4 years experience.

Salary
N55,000 – N65,000 Monthly.
