We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Meet customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Supervise the Sub teams within the sales team to ensure they have necessary support and are working smart to deliver result based on assigned goals
  • Work with the HR Personnel to identify the training needs of sales team and send them for training
  • Coordinate OEM Events
  • Assign target to each team member
  • Develop Strategies in line with product lines and agreed review with director.

Requirements

  • BSc/ MSc in Computer Science, ICT or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as sales Manager in Core IT firm.
