Twins newcomer Schoop getting into a groove at the plate

A few months after avoiding arbitration and signing a one-year, $4.19 million deal with the Twins, Rosario is off to the hottest start of his major-league career. He went off against the Orioles, hitting three home runs in that doubleheader after hitting two homers in the Twins’ previous game, against the Toronto Blue Jays. Rosario has nine hits in his last six games, and is batting .274/.315/.679 on the season, with a team-leading 10 home runs, the most ever for a Twins player in March and April.
