Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • As a client manager at ACE, you will maintain and develop client-business relationships. You are also expected to help the business meet sales and revenue goals.
  • You must have a strong understanding of the company’s products or services and knowledge of their competition. You must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Address customers’ concerns in a timely manner.
  • Encourage customer feedback.
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants.
  • Build long-term relationships with key merchants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Sign new clients and manage existing client relationships.
  • Write and submit reports to senior management.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
  • Demonstrated abilities to exceed target revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a client facing role (experience in call centre operations for a bank, telco or related field is a plus).
  • Should also have knowledge of, or experience working, in the logistics industry and technology.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills (Hands-on experience with CRM platforms is a plus).
