DO.II Designs Limited focuses on furniture manufacture, interior design, space planning and turn-key remodeling projects for the high-end residential, property development, hospitality and corporate market.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Accounts & Finance
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s tax and statutory audit issues to avoid regulatory infractions
- Coordinate budgetary process for the company and prepare operational budget.
- Timely generation of profitability report on all contracts and project.
- Ensure compliance with existing company financial policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modification
- Ensure payments are sent to the appropriate banks and we don’t negatively affect our credit ratings with our bank and creditors.
- Ensure accurate and timely analysis to management on costing of contracts and projects.
- Plan available cash at the disposal of the company to avoid cash shortage.
Requirements
The candidate should posses:
- A B.Sc or Post Graduate Degree in Accounting
- At least 7 years experience in the same capacity.
- A professional certification in Accounting. (ICAN, ACCA)
- Excellent written and oral communication skill.
