Job Title: Brand Creative Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
Market Research and Consumer Insight:
- Conducted field research on consumer behavior and buying patterns to use the Data to draw insights for Clients
- Profiled target groups and consumers for FMCGs and proffered working solutions that fit their TG lifestyle
- Set eye for trends and competitor activities that might affect Clients businesses and product
- Analyze competitors strategies, brand positioning, marketing trends to recommend better solutions to clients
Strategy and Business Consult:
- Develop concept for promotional and awareness campaign to increase brand visibility and loyalty
- Interpret Client briefs and propose strategic solutions through big and promotional campaign ideas that involve the integration of Online Marketing, BTL (Below the line) and/or ATL (Above the line) to achieve set objectives.
- Attend strategy sessions and develop executional plans to achieve set goals and desired results.
- Create strategy, route to market and conceptualization for competitive edge against competition.
- Employ innovative approach towards solutions proffered to guarantee strong impact in the market place yielding positive results.
- Conducting brand perception audit to find out how consumers perceive them
- Strategy and conceptualization for competitive edge against competition.
- Planning and receiving of events for activation
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable University
- Minimum of 1-2 years working experience within media industry
- Preferred age range: 23 years – 27 years
- Ability to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar;
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Must have a good understanding of their audience and customers and have strong creative, analytical and organization skills.
- Must also have a good handle on consumer and market insights, including the ability to analyze market data, and he or she may be tasked with conducting consumer research.
- Creativity and ability to produce innovatively original ideas
- Professional Certification in concept, copy writing, art direction and strategy is an added advantage.
