Karferry Limited – Our client, a Microfinance Bank based in Lekki, Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credit profile of the bank, Managing and monitoring of the bank wide PAR % at every given time, Supervising of all loan processing officers, Managing and vetting loan processing, Managing the bank’s loan profiles and ensuring the monitoring of repayments without default.
S/He will be responsible for Ensuring all loan documentation is complete and valid, Resolving all loan processing and repayment issues, Monitoring progress of existing loans & escalation to recovery where required, Allocation and monitoring of loan officers.

Requirements

If you have Proven work experience as a Credit or Loan Officer or other related fields, Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products, Ability to create and process financial spread sheets on excel, Strong analytical skills, Good Customer service experience,
B.Sc in Banking and Finance, Economics or related field then this job is for you.
Proven experience as an accountant in a Microfinance or other financial services industry will be an added advantage.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 per month.
