Dops Products Nigeria Limited is a family business established over 30 years ago as a manufacturer of laundry (Toly) and bathing (Mojees, Lyday Black) soap. We are located in Lagos, Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical /Production Engineer
Location: Lagos
Description
- Tracking of process and machine defects
- Performing pit -stop maintenance machines.
- Planning of schedule maintenance.
- Performing periodic checks on all soap wrapping equipment
- Facilitates repairs and maintenance of ACMA, STAMPER and PACKAGING machine.
- Assist with the planning and set up of the machine for all products counts,Grades over and process trials and SKU Charge.
- Delegation of planned task due maintenance,
- Ensure housekeeping principles are adhere to
- Accurate and regular documentations of all machines parameters.
- Full compliance with organisation’s safety policies.
Requirements
- Adequate knowledge of machine use in soap production lines
- Adequate understanding of soap manufacturing plants.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details
- Organisational and reporting skills.
- Good team player
- Good Inter-personal skill
