Job Title: Brand/Customer Service Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Act as liason executive for the brand by utilizing all aspects of communication and sales strategies to foster relationships between the brand and other brands.
- Manage and grow social medi handle of the brand.
- Manage customers requests and resolve complaints timely.
- Manage the company’s online website and ensure smooth transaction delivery from order placement to delivery timelines.
- Stay trendy with up to date knowledge and market analysis on competitive services.
- Grow cutsomer base and close deals succesfully.
Ideal Candidate
- Must be Tech Savy
- Must be Customer eccentric.
- Expreience in an online store or tech company will be an added advantage.
- Must be ready and willing to be up and about. (extremely agile)
- Thorough knowledge of social media management is esential.
- Residents around Ikeja, Alimosho and Iyana Oba will be given priority.
- Knowledge of digital marketing will also be an added advantage.
