Through local, national and global partnerships, IPAS works to ensure women can obtain safe, respectful and comprehensive abortion care; including counseling and contraception to prevent unintended pregnancies.
We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Health Systems Intern
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Provide both technical and administrative support to the HS unit’s initiatives including logistical support for meetings, workshop, trainings, facilitative supportive supervision etc.
- Contribute to the production of training materials, power-point slides, HS instruments and data capturing tools.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and projects to improve the Health systems (Providers, Government, stakeholders…) ability to provide quality service to Women and Girls.
- Prepare HS unit activities reports including specific reports for database
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the unit head.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Demography or related fields.
General requirement/experience:
- A young professional preferably below 35 years with minimal experience in Public Health and Development.
