Job Title: Sales Support Supervisor

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager, Nigeria

Job Description

  • We are now looking for a Sales Support Supervisor, Nigeria to further strengthen our growing team. The person will be mainly responsible for coordinating Sales support actions, implementing the Sales Force Growth Plan (SFGP) / Strategy for Nigeria, communicating with Area Sales Managers, communication and operational implementation of Sales support actions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Regional and local Sales support projects coordination, implementation, follow-up and analysis.
  • Development of new Business Accessories for Nigeria according to Global rules based on Sales action calendar and briefs from Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • Administration of online surveys required for Sales Force Growth Analysis.
  • Implement agreed action plans based on survey results.
  • Align with regional team to create specific Sales action plans tailored to Nigerian market.
  • Follow up and cooperation with Creative Team in Recruitment Campaign concepts and communication execution.
  • Cooperation with Field Sales in terms of developing new ideas that support recruitment and Sales force growth, timely creation of all market briefs/actions and interfacing with multifunctional departments.

Job Requirements
What we are looking for:

  • Sales background preferably in Direct Sales and FMCG (Field Sales and Trade Marketing experience is highly appreciated).
  • Very good Analytical skills.
  • Good expertise of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Team player with proactive approach and can-do spirit.
  • Open and communicative person that communicates clearly and effectively.
