Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- This Executive will participate in the sales and administration of Financial products.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Supervisors assigned to clients in managing their loans.
Requirements
- If you have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Microfinance Bank,
- Self-driven and organized,
- Willing to work in Lagos, Lekki Preferably ,
- Have excellent communication
- Good interpersonal skill with a passion for selling,
- Can work under pressure,
- A professional with good work ethics, then this job is for you!
- Candidates Currently working in an MFB is an added advantage
- Candidate must reside on the island (Preferably Lekki and its Environs)
Remuneration
- N50,000 per month gross plus commission.
- The compensation structure (allowance + commission), selling model, target and training method guarantees a win-win situation for staff and the organization.
