Job Title: Maintenance and Facility Manger
Location: Yola North, Adamawa
Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Engineering, Facility management, with good track records in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth daily operation and guest Appeal of the hotel
- Direct Maintenance staff on small repairs, such as Patching drywall, Fixing faulty wiring, Unclogging drains etc
- Budget material and labor expenses for facility management
Qualifications
- BA/BSc/HND in Engineering, Facility Management or any related field. Masters in Hospitality Management is an added advantage
- Good track record in working in hospitality organization
