Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for the position of Confidential Secretary II must possess either of the following:
- West African School Certificate with at least a Credit’ pass in English Language or G.C.E. O’ Level or equivalent and RSA or Pitman or Government Certificate or their Equivalents for 120/50 W,P.M. in Shorthand and Typewriting plus 8 years’ secretarial experience.
OR
- University degree plus RSA or Pitman or Government Certificate for 100/50 W.P.M. or Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or its equivalent from a Government approved Polytechnic.
