Forza Projects – We are a Nigerian indigenous technology-driven company providing fluid power, transfer, and control services to clients across the energy and marine industry.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account/ Admin Officer
Location: Rivers
Key Responsibilities
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
- Process bank deposits
- Reconcile financial statements
- Prepare and send invoices
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Preparing and submitting of tax forms
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Perform administrative duties which includes file management, responding to phone calls and emails, managing petty cash and general office management
Educational Qualification / Experience
- B.Sc/HND in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
- 2-3 years of work experience as an account/admin officer or similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Great attention to details
- Strong written and communication skills.
