International Health Management Services Limited (IHMS) is a foremost Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), duly accredited with National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and established in 2001.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months.
Job Description
- Preparation of Petty Cash
- Posting of petty Cash vouchers
- Imputing into GTB GAPS application
- Cheque writing where necessary
- Issuing of Invoices in conjunction with Business Development.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices in conjunction with Business Development
- Settling of monthly capitation, FFS in conjunction with the Medical Administrator, and other non-medical invoices
- Daily login of all financial transactions into the system (Sage 50)
- Ensuring appropriate financial records are kept (hard and soft copies).
- Other functions as may be designated by the Head of Accounts & Finance.
Qualifications
- Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting).
- 1 – 3 years HMO working experience.
