Aldelia Group – Our client, a multinational Oil and Gas Servicing firm is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

Is responsible for the correct processing and booking of incoming invoices.
Assists in preparing general and bank journals.
Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Reconciles general ledgers.
Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
Assist during the quarterly reporting process.
Assist in preparation of financial statement and attending to audit related matters during the statutory audit process.

Requirements

The candidate must be Chartered and Not Older than 28yrs with 3 – 5yrs experience ( maximum) in an international company.
The candidate must have experience working in an international organization with good knowledge of international Accounting ERPs
Passion for accounting
Sound knowledge and application of general accounting principles.
Knowledge of an international Accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is essential
