We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin / Accountant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions.
  • Updating office accounts via online programs such as QuickBooks.
  • Updating payments from clients.
  • Keeping track of receipts of office expenses or expenses.
  • Maintaining office equipment including scanners, fax machines, printers, and telephones.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Work experience as an Administrative Officer/Accountantor similar role.
  • A background in accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly

Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly
