Job Descriptions
- Management of office equipment
- Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings
- Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Requirements and Skills
- Telephone skills
- Verbal communication
- Handles pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service attitude
Salary
N100,000/Month.
