Job Description
- Responsible for managing the daily activities of the back-end office (staff affairs, business development/expansion, recruitment marketing strategies).
- Prepares payroll for the organization.
- Prepare monthly financial report for the organization.
- Interfaces with vendors and third-party suppliers.
- Responds to enquiries on behalf of the company.
- Handles phone calls for the company.
- Manage the company’s e-mail, website and social media.
- Interfaces with our bankers (lodgment of cash, checks and bank drafts etc.).
- Responsible for payment of tax, levies and utility bills.
- Any other duty as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer
Qualifications
- A B.Sc holder with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Strong Customer Service knowledge.
- Strong Computer Skills.
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Requirements
- Male Admin Manager.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Extensive ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- General bookkeeping and business finance knowledge.
- Excellent writing, copywriting and editing (photo and video) skills.
- Advanced attention to detail.
- Interest and ability to continue learning about market standards and changes in trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.
Salary
N100,000 monthly
