A highly skilled and passionate hospitality staff versatile in both kitchen, Food and Beverage and outdoor catering services.

Job Expectations
Applicants should be able to:

Perform supervisory roles in all the departments.
Create record and carry out documentations using computer system.
Prepare weekly operations reports for management.
Meet and surpass weekly/monthly sales target
Develop good marketing and customers retention strategies for the company.
Coordinate outdoor catering request and work with the required unit to deliver service within the lead time.
Build a robust marketing model for the company.
Represent the company in external meetings.

Qualifications

BSc/HND in any field of study. Must have not less than 3yrs experience in hospitality industry. Must be computer literate and good with MS Office packages.
