Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements,
  • Preparing expense reports, and performing daily administrative duties.
  • Assist with special projects when needed.
  • Coordinating, organizing and running internal and offsite events is essential.
  • Performing research on meeting venues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Should know how to prepare a bill of quantity
  • Should know how to prepare Factory document.
  • 4 years experience in a manufacturing Company.
  • B.Sc in Admin or any related course
