Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Sabo, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Heading office task such filing,generating reports,presentations,setting up for meetings.
  • Providing real-time scheduling supports by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements such as booking flights and making hotels and restaurants reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to appropriate party.
  • Using computer to generate reports,transcribing minutes from meetings,creating presentations.
  • Greets and assist visitors.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an F.S.L.C qualification with 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N55,000 Monthly.
