Overview
- To perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Your duties will include providing support to our managers, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities
Job Description
- Sorting of project contracts
- Arrangement of project files
- Preparation of letters
- Arrangement of document according to the project requirement
- Binding of documents
- Photocopying of all documents as required by each client agencies
Required Qualifications
- A Tertiary Degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
- Experience in a construction company is an added advantage
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong presentation, report writing and communication skills, oral and written
- Proficiency in computer applications to include MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Remuneration
N50, 000 monthly.
